Busy Memorial Day

We had no real plans for Memorial Day until Friday, but it's turning out to be a really big weekend. We started the day Saturday with a 5K race pushing both girls and had a good time. Sydney competed in her own race and Harry thought he'd just have to jog. He was wrong with that one; he had to run the whole way which was about 1/2 mile in about 3:15 minutes, so maybe she will take after her dad. Then Saturday afternoon we attended our first wedding in Japan. One of Harry's coworkers got married, and we all had a good time. Sydney was the life of the party, of course, dancing to all the songs. Julia got a little tired as you can see by the picture. It is amazing that children can fall asleep with any amount of noise. I have a picture of Sydney when she fell asleep in her high chair so I will post both so that you can see them. This is so far the funniest place Julia has fallen asleep. Sydney is about 9 months in this picture, but it is still one of my favorites. We finished off the evening at a BBQ with some friends and had a good time. We all slept well last night and are ready for another big day, though it is raining. Hope you all have a great holiday weekend.
