Our Adventures in Sydney!
We cannot say enough about this wonderful city. We arrived at 0630 on Sunday morning after a 9 hour flight down where Sydney slept half and we each got about 2 hours. The first day we checked out the mall closest to our place for some food and shopping and then took it easy in the hotel room to recover from the long night. We also developed a plan of attack to get to see everything we wanted to for the week. The highlight of Monday was to see the South Sydney Rabbitoh's play rugby. The game was at Sydney Olmypic Staduim so we where able to spend some time walking around the grounds. The aquatic center was amazing and they have transformed it into a indoor water park which looked like fun. We hung out at a Gloria Jean's (there where more GJ than Starbucks which we where surprised) before game time and listened to some music at the bar next door. Sydney decided to get her groove on and though it was dark you get the idea of the crazy dancing she was doing here! The game was a victory for the Bunnies and we all enjoyed it very much. Whenever highlights where on the TV for the rest of the week Syd would make us stop so she could see the bunnies. I think she is a true fan now!
