Yes, the names came from a 3 year old in our house, and I have no idea where from. These would be our new goldfish that we bought today. We went to a Japanese store, and with our best broken Japanese came home with everything we need to make
a home for our new goldfish. Sydney has been asking a lot lately about when she can get a puppy. Needless to say, we have stopped reading "Fancy Nancy and the Posh Puppy". We have tried to explain to her that we would like a new dog also, but we have to wait until we return to the US. For a 3 year old that is not an easily understood concept. So here we are with 2 new goldfish.
Harry and I are pretty sure that we will kill them and then it will be a new
lesson on life and death. What fun! So we are taking odds on how long they
will live with such novice fish owners.

Can we keep Nikki and Crikki alive?
