Earning more frequent flier miles!

We have returned to Japan and are happy to be home. The girls were good travelers once again and we are trying to get over the jet lag. Sydney has enjoyed seeing all her friends since we have returned home but keeps talking about her cousins back in the United States. We had a busy time back in the US and enjoyed ourselves. We saw a great football game, best Iowa has done all year! We visited with family and friends. Julia learned to walk and speak a couple of words. I think both girls grew because they just look bigger in our Japanese house. Julia has to watch her head now with many of the tables. The weather is warmer here getting into the 50s during the day but once the sun goes down it gets cool. We missed our heated toilet seat and it is nice on those cool mornings. I have been out shopping a couple of times since I have returned home and am in the "I may not have another chance to buy this" mode. I have bought several Obi's and one kimono. We are already talking about going to Kamakura this weekend because we feel we have not explored this beautiful city and it is so close. I guess I should get off to bed. We miss everyone back in the US but it is nice to be home!
